We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Client Service Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Manage client interactions and inquiries with a focus on providing satisfactory responses.
• Collaborate with the team to improve overall client satisfaction and retention.
• Assist in the development of client service strategies and initiatives.
• Facilitate communication between clients and various internal departments.
• Maintain client records and update relevant information as needed.
• Support the resolution of client issues and concerns in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a PhDs / Doctorates qualification with 2 - 8 years work experience.

Salary
N70,000 - N150,000 / month.
