She Code Africa is a registered non-profit organisation empowering girls and women across Africa with technical and soft skills needed to match or scale their careers in STEM with a mission to bring in more girls and women in Africa into technology through our offline hands-on-training and events focused on all aspects of technology while also giving a platform and voice to existing members helping them grow technically.

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Community Manager to manage, nurture, and expand our thriving community of women in tech across Africa.
In this role, you will drive engagement, foster meaningful connections, and empower a diverse network of aspiring and professional women developers, engineers, and tech leaders through innovative programs and collaborative initiatives.
As a community of practice, She Code Africa unites 50,000+ members in 15+ African countries, offering mentorship, technical training, career growth resources, and a supportive ecosystem for women to thrive in tech.
You’ll champion our mission to bridge the gender gap in technology by curating impactful events, managing local chapters, and amplifying partnerships with global tech organizations.
