She Code Africa is a registered non-profit organisation empowering girls and women across Africa with technical and soft skills needed to match or scale their careers in STEM with a mission to bring in more girls and women in Africa into technology through our offline hands-on-training and events focused on all aspects of technology while also giving a platform and voice to existing members helping them grow technically.

Job Description

• We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Community Manager to manage, nurture, and expand our thriving community of women in tech across Africa.
• In this role, you will drive engagement, foster meaningful connections, and empower a diverse network of aspiring and professional women developers, engineers, and tech leaders through innovative programs and collaborative initiatives.
• As a community of practice, She Code Africa unites 50,000+ members in 15+ African countries, offering mentorship, technical training, career growth resources, and a supportive ecosystem for women to thrive in tech.
• You’ll champion our mission to bridge the gender gap in technology by curating impactful events, managing local chapters, and amplifying partnerships with global tech organizations.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 3 years experience.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 / month.
