Job Title: Female Business Development Executive

Roles & Responsibilities
- Builds Customers profile by identifying term goals and evaluating customer’s capabilities.
- Closing deals on all organizations’ products
- Defines Strategies for relating with each client group and create customer relationship.
- Maintains and develops a computerized client and prospects’ database.
- Monitors and reports on activities and provides relevant management information.
- Follows up new business opportunities and sets up meetings.
- Plans, prepares & delivers presentations.
- Forecasts sales targets and ensures they are met.
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Identifies potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
- Researches and builds relationship with new clients.
- Oversees the departmental functions and trains departmental staff
- Works with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Works with all departments to meet and exceed customer needs/ expectations
- Attends industry functions, such as association events and
conferences, and provides feedback and information on market and
creative trends.
- Presents to and consults with mid and senior level management on
business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and
distribution channels for the organization’s businesses
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational
opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal
networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for
accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add
value to job accomplishments.
- Prospects for potential new clients and turns them into increased business.
- Meets potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging on your network and leads
- Submits weekly progress reports and ensures data is accurate.
- Carries out other duties as may be required my management.
Requirements
Academic:
- Minimum Second Class upper in Economics or related business disciplines from a reputable school
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar role in a reputable company
- Evidence of works done
- Computing
- Excellent use of relevant MS Office tools
Skill Set:
- Flair for writing
- Excellent communicator
- Good interpersonal/people skills
- Creative thinking
