Job Summary

• We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Coordinator to join our team at Ashland.
• As a Construction Coordinator, you'll be responsible for coordinating and managing construction projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project deliverables are met
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions

Skills

• 1+ years of experience in construction management, project coordination, or a related field
• Excellent project management, coordination, and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and mitigate potential issues.
• Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is a bonus

Salary
N380,000 - N500,000 Monthly.
