We require an experienced foreman with local and relevant experience in land and/or infrastructure development to start on site as soon as possible. This is a 3-6 month contract role with a possibility of permanent work at the end of this stint.

JOB TITLE: SITE FOREMAN

RESPONSIBILITIES
Evaluate plans for the project
Ensure appropriate use of equipment by employees
Keep inventory for materials onsite
Communicate progress on the project to management
Maintain employee schedule.
Arrange for materials to be onsite

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of 3 years experience as a construction foreman working on infrastructure projects in Nigeria
Should be able to communicate constructively
Should have good interpersonal skills
Should have strong references
Should be able to start as soon as possible.Should be able to work in a fast paced environment
Should be committed to accomplishing goals and result oriented
