We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Content Creator (Hybrid)

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Part-time
Expected Start Date: ASAP.
Part time: Based on content creation schedule; some weekends might be required.
Hybrid working: Mostly Remote, but will also be required to work from certain locations for content creation.

Job Description

• We are now looking to hire a Content Creator that will grow with our firm and be an integral part of our company’s structure and business model.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Independently research content and industry themes.
• Create (and edit) fun, exciting, interactive and relevant content for the company.
• Deliver and save all quality grade content to an assigned company google drive.
• Ensure content is created, edited and delivered by a Sunday, for that weeks’ posting.
• Independent research of latest social media trends, key industry topics and the application on the content strategy.

Skills and Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
• Good verbal and written skills.
• Previous social media manager, content / reel creation, digital marketing experience.
• Competent with technology and software applications (especially Google suite (Docs, Sheet), Microsoft of bice suite, Video conferencing).

The ideal candidate must:

• Be willing to work in a Bluid and agile start-up and environment (i.e.)hence must be willing to take on more responsibility than outlined in the main duties and responsibilities, where necessary.
• Be a good communicator.
• Nice to haves:
• Direct experience in the food manufacturing or food industry.
• A foodie.
• A vegan, actively in the process of becoming a vegan (live the ethos and values of the firm) or has a very good understanding of the plant- based sector.
• Be organized and must have a structured approach.
• Be able to work in the designated of Bice (Lekki Area), attend events, as well as the ability to work remotely.
• Be accountable and must be able to manage their workload and time.
• Be able to work under extreme pressure and to tight deadlines. Possess the ability to be Flexible and adaptable at all times. Possess an “owner” mentality and must be a self-starter.
• Maintain strict confidentiality.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

Salary
N40,000 - N50,000 p/m (based on experience).
