Job Description

• We are looking for candidates with strong writing, editing, and research skills to join our team as content writers.
• The role involves writing and creating different kinds of content such as blog posts, articles, books, social media content, and website content.
• The content writers will also be responsible for creating proposals and promotional content for our company and our clients.
• To be successful in this role, you must have good knowledge and experience in digital media and online publishing platforms.
• You should know how to plan and structure content in such a way that it facilitates engagement and lead generation.
• You must have proven skills in content marketing, planning and writing books, copywriting, business writing, and blogging.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop content calendar and communications strategy
• Plan and execute writing and content development projects from ideation to research, outlining, content development, peer review, and publishing.
• Repurpose existing content in multiple formats including books, email newsletters, and social media content.
• Document work plans, activities and outcomes in a structured format.
• Develop content for books, sales copy, proposals, company profiles, websites, podcasts, and promotional videos.
• Create well-organized, professionally formatted, and search engine optimized drafts on digital publishing platforms such as WordPress.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 2 - 20 years work experience.
• Impeccable character
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Good working knowledge of WordPress
• Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword research
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Intrinsic motivation and personal leadership
• Excellent writing and editing skills

Salary
N180,000 - N240,000 monthly.
