Job Title: Contract Manager

Location: Lagos
Job Type: Full-time

Role Description

This full-time Contract Manager role is based on-site in Lagos.
The Contract Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all contracts related to the company's projects. Day-to-day tasks include drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and ensuring compliance with all contractual agreements.
The role entails close collaboration with various departments and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects.
The Contract Manager will also monitor contract performance and manage any arising issues or disputes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in project Management,, Business Administration, or a related field
Relevant certifications such as Certified Contract Manager (CCM) would be beneficial
Strong understanding of the oil and gas industry, license and statutory renewal
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in project management and stakeholder communication
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Proximity to location is an added advantage.
4-6 years experience in Contact acquisition and bid submission is a must
Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
Knowledge of contract compliance and performance management
