Job Description

• The position is based in Port Harcourt, Nigeria.

Responsibilities
The position we are offering involves the following main responsibilities:

• legal analysis of tender documents;
• contractual monitoring throughout contract execution;
• implement and coordinate the resources and processes required to control the financial and legal risks incurred;
• prepare and follow-up any litigation files that may arise;
• draft the subcontracting contracts for projects;
• claims.

Requirements
Profile Wanted:

• With a Degree, you have at least 5 years experience in contract management, including at least one on construction and/or maintenance projects.
• You have an EPC Contract experience.
