We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Corporate Finance Analyst

Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Head, Corporate Finance and Advisory Unit

Job Summary

• The Corporate Finance Analyst will play a vital and accountable role in all aspects of executing Investment Banking transactions and maintaining strategic dialogue with clients as part of a wider advisory role.

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake client specific industry research on investment opportunities.
• Assist in developing pitch books and discussion papers to clients and prospects.
• Assist in detailed financial and transaction structuring analysis.
• Participate in daily deal execution.
• Maintain strategic communications with clients during the deal execution process.
• Interact with senior team members on a daily basis to execute transactions and discuss strategic alternatives.
• Create financial models, analyse financial statements and develop valuation analyses.
• Assist in the preparation of information memorandum and other marketing materials for ongoing transactions.
• Any other responsibilities as may be assigned by the Head of the Corporate Finance and Advisory Unit.
