Position: Engineering /Site Supervisor

  • The incumbent will be responsible for carrying out site survey, design of site, submit report and installation of security & safety equipment
  • First degree/HND in Engineering, preferably Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
  • Minimum of 6 years on hands practical work experience on installation of security & safety systems
  • Must be able to interpret site drawings
  • Must be able to troubleshoot Electrical/Electronic systems
  • Must be able to lead a team and willing to work on weekends
  • Knowledge of Fire Suppression Systems, FM 200 & Hydrate System is essential
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage
Position: Security Gadgets Maintenance Engineer
  • The incumbent will be responsible for the Maintenance and Repair of security and safety equipment and gadgets
  • First degree/HND in Engineering, preferably Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
  • Minimum of 4 years hands on experience in Electrical/ Electronic repair
  • Must be able to Design, troubleshoot & interpret Electronic circuit
  • Must be able to repair Electronic Printed Circuit Board (PCS) without supervisor
  • Knowledge of Fire Suppression Systems, FM 200 & Hydrate System is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage
  • Experience in the installation of security & safety equipment is an added advantage
Position: Head, Human Resources & Admin
  • The incumbent will perform a dual function of Human Resources Management and Office Administration. On the side of human resources management, he plans, develops and implements strategy for HR management and development. On the part of office administration, he is responsible for creating policies, procedures and manuals for the smooth running of the office and to drive their implementations.
  • First degree in humanities or business related field
  • MBA and Professional HR qualification
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in human resources management and at least 5 years in office administration.
  • At least 5 years managerial experience
  • Must have good understanding of labour laws and industrial relations/arbitration
Position: Training Manager
  • The incumbent will be a self-starter able to Design, Develop, Market and Execute training programs in the use of state of the art Safety and Security equipment.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Master’s in Business Administration and Professional qualification will be an added advantage
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the implementation of training programs.
  • Proven competence in Market Development in training is compulsory
