• Setting goals for performance and deadlines such that it comply with company's plans and vision.
• Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
• Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching.

• Build a solid customer base.
• Recruiting staff and organising appraisals.
• Arranging staff meetings.
• Training and development.
• Handling complaints and queries (from customers and staff).
• Sorting security issues.
• Organising promotional events.

• Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.
• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers.
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency for the organisation.
• Supervise, coach and train warehouse unit.
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
• Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements
