We are currently souring for Recruitment consultant that has the following qualifications- Job Title: Recruitment Consultant. Location: Lagos. Job Duties

• - Responsible for managing the recruitment process (end to end) from candidate sourcing , interviews, client presentation and assessment, salary negotiation, reference check and on boarding.
• Responsible for identifying best fit candidates via headhunting, social media, networking, database etc.
• Identifying and closing out on new business opportunities
• Carry out interviews, assessments of shortlisted candidates to assess
• competencies in line with job requirements/specification.

• Maximum of 1-3years experience in Recruitment and Business development in any Consulting firm
• BSc in Human Resources or related discipline.
