Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Locations: Ikeja, Surulere, Magodo, Festac, Apapa - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
Greet and welcome guest
Answer questions and address complaints
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
Receiveletters, packages etc. and distribute them
Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
Check, sort and forward emails.

Requirements

Salary
N30,000 monthly.

Job Title: Dispatch Rider

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

Receive and dispatch orders for products or deliveries
Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance
Monitor the route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedule
Provide field units with information about orders, traffic, obstacles and requirements.

Requirements

Salary
N45,000 - N50,000 monthly.

Job Description

Sell to key retail accounts.
Contact new and existing customers to meet and exceed sales objectives.
Participate in sales meetings and on-site training.
Negotiate and use persuasion skills to overcome objections.
Provide a daily recap of results and accomplishments to the management team.
sell to wholesalers, bookstores, schools, libraries, and businesses and also work with bookstores to promote titles to customers.
