Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Abeokuta, Ogun

Responsibilities

  • Collates, monitors, and reports task allocation data across alllocations and deliver findings in context to the management.
  • Develop budget analysis, tracking and reporting to support team on financial analysis and tracking.
  • Create compelling reports using database, web analytics and social graph data.
  • Monitor and report the staff and technicians’ attendance on daily basis.
  • Maintain accurate records of departmental information for report purposes.
  • Resolve data discrepancies and drill down data facts to ensure reliability in data storage.

Requirement

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor Degree / HND qualification with 3 - 5 years work experience.

Job Title: Facilities Officer

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos

Description

  • To provide administrative support on a day-to-day basis and contribute in the long run to the maintenance of records for the facility/admin function within IASL.
  • To support the Facility Manager in providing comprehensive support services to IASL Staff.
  • Ensure the maintenance of properties, sites, and buildings.
  • Ensure compliance with building rules and regulations.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors to deliver required services
  • Maintenance of key facility registers.
  • Regularly undertake walk through inspections of the facility(s).
  • In charge of the end-to-end process for events and meetings.
  • Comply with workplace instructions, policies, and procedures.

Requirement / Qualification

  • Minimum of a BSC. / HND certification in Mechanical Engineering.
  • A minimum of 2 years post graduate experience preferably in a facility/administrative role.

Job Title: Front Desk and Administrative Officer

Location: Lagos

Description

Front Office Management:

  • Visitor Management
  • Receive and Direct Visitors
  • Maintain the reception area
  • Managing all incoming and outgoing correspondence

Office Administration:

  • Monitor and receive office supplies and place orders when necessary, with proper record/book-keeping of stock-bin and electronic documentation.
  • Coordinate the Admin Store and ensure good housekeeping.
  • Coordinate all requirements for Executive Management meetings.
  • Report maintenance issues to the Facility Manager, including furniture, fittings and equipment when notified.

Travel Management:

  • Manage the travel desk which includes handling all business travel arrangements for employees (Local & International Flights).
  • Coordinate Hotel Bookings for employees - local travel.
  • Serve as a liaison personnel for travel and hotel agencies.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Minimum of a B.Sc / HND Certification.
  • 2-4 years working experience in a similar role.

Job Title: Service Adviser

Location: Calabar, Cross River

Job Description

  • Maintenance & repairs of fleet in line with specifications and standards.
  • Ensures full compliance on all workshop service level agreements through effective supervision of technicians to deliver the expected productivity level for the workshop.
  • Measure and allocate time with the Workshop Manager & measure staff & parts operations for "productivity/ efficiency" and timely deliveries.
  • Work with the Workshop Manager on simultaneous operations to achieve early delivery of fleet operations vehicles.
  • Work with Workshop Managers for maintenance forecasting and budgeting activities and agree on performance goals for the workshop.
  • Receive the vehicles for both inspection and maintenance works as indicated by the Fleet Group.
  • Provide feedback to workshop leadership and ensure all concerns have accurate and timely information on order, delivery status and/or changes.
  • Oversee the "Productivity, Efficiency & Capacity Utilization" of the "TEAM" as assigned to the office
  • Monitor programmes and procedures to ensure on-time delivery & maintain in-depth working knowledge of the unit’s systems and processes.
  • Agree modifications with the operations leadership for the efficient running of the Workshop and defend such modifications.

Requirement/ Qualification

  • Minimum of a BSC/HND certification in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum of 4 years working experience in a similar role.

Job Title: Workshop Manager

Locations: Calabar - Cross River and Abeokuta - Ogun

Job Description

  • Assist in the development of the fleet management budget to include a review of past year expenses and income; adjusts and administers all fleet purchases, including parts, tools, office supplies.
  • Generally, oversees the total resources (man, machines, and workshop bays) that are entrusted in the registered copy for the office.
  • Oversees the total shares of vehicles in the register as assigned to the office of the Workshop Manager.
  • Report operations as demanded by the authorities including manufacturers, insurance, finance, HSE and engineering including technical reports.
  • Generally, oversees the administration of the areas of control and as concern in the office.
  • Delegates responsibilities and supervises the work of the workshop team by providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance.
  • Annually draws maintenance projections for budgetary inclusions in the fleet maintenance budget of the fleet of vehicles that are under the office.
  • Monitor programs and procedures to ensure on-time delivery & maintain in-depth working knowledge of the unit’s systems and processes.
  • Provide feedback to fleet team to ensure accurate and timely information on order, delivery status and/or changes.
  • Direct maintenance forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.
  • Direct & control simultaneous operations to achieve early delivery of fleet operation vehicles
  • Time & measure productive staff & parts operations for "productivity/ efficiency" and timely deliveries.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Minimum of a BSC/HND certification.
  • Minimum of 7 years working experience in a similar role.
