Job Title: Finance Head and Planning Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Report: Managing Director

Key Responsibilities

• Budget Management
• Strategy and Finance plans implementation
• Carrying out Feasibility Analysis and Finance projections
• Management of relevant Accounts
• Financial reporting and book keeping.

Requisite Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years experience working with a large and structured organisation with at least 3 years in senior management position
• Experience in Banking and Finance
• Experience in Loan Processing
• Proven ability to demonstrate leadership skills
• Experience within the Manufacturing industry will be an added advantage
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a very fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and sales-oriented personality

Job Title: Facility Manager

Location: Lagos

Report: Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all installations and repair works
• Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meethealth and safety standards
• Review utilities consumption and strive tominimize costs
• Supervise all technical services staff andexternal contractors
• Keep financial and non-financial records
• Perform analysis and forecasting

Requisite Qualifications

• 5 - 10 years of relevant experience with proven track records
• Well-versed in technical / engineering operations and facilities management best practices
• Professional qualifications in PMP, and HSE would be advantageous.

Job Title: Head of Project

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Report: Managing Director

Key Responsibilities

• To manage the whole project life cycle of from design phase to delivery phase including, Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards.
• To manage the project teams on what is feasible and achievable during before and during project execution
• To analyze and create project risk mitigation plans before and during projects
• To manage the individual projects life cycle within the defined project governance

Requisite Qualifications

• Minimum of First Degree in Engineering / Quantity Surveying from a reputable institution or equivalent
• Project management and experience with large projects. Project Management certification is a must
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and also other design software is an advantage
• Experience with techno commercial issues to include tendering, contract negotiation and vendor management
• Minimum of 15 years experience with evidence of at least three large projects related to the above in which he played a leadership role.
