Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Job Description
- The Site Manager must have a deep understanding of all hospital administrative procedures, ranging from creating work schedules to communicating with doctors and maintaining supplies stock.
- The Candidate should possess leadership skills to supervise employees and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Other key responsibilities of this role include:
- Supervise daily administrative operations
- Monitor expenses and suggest cost-effective alternatives
- Create quarterly and annual budgets
- Develop and implement effective policies for all operational procedures
- Prepare work schedules
- Monitor administrative staff’s performance
- Train new employees
- Ensure prompt ordering and stocking of medical and office supplies
- Answer queries from doctors, nurses and healthcare staff
- Resolve potential issues with patients
- Stay up-to-date with healthcare regulations
Job Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree with experience in the Healthcare Industry
- Hands-on experience with database systems and MS Excel
- Solid understanding of healthcare procedures and regulations
- Basic accounting skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to supervise and train team members
- Problem-solving attitude
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in the same industry
Job Title: Senior Radiographer
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Job Field: Medical/Healthcare
Details
The Senior Radiographer would be required to perform the following duties:
- Work on-call and stand by to cover nights and weekends
- Direct and supervise the workload of the Junior Radiographers, Nurses and Nurses assistant
- Direct and supervise Student Radiographers on clinical placement
- Assist in the training and induction of a new member of staff
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Radiography(Additional Qualification and Training will be required)
- 3years of working experience
- Proficiency in all aspects of digital X-ray MRI, Computerized Tomography (CT) and to perform fluoroscopy and Mammography
