Job Title: Customer Care Representative

Job Summary

• We are looking for a smart, courteous, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attending to clients’ inquiries, providing excellent service, and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Provide accurate information about the company’s services.
• Maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication.
• Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
• Support administrative and service delivery operations when required.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND / HND / B.Sc. qualification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good appearance, polite, and professional attitude.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience (preferably in customer service or front desk role).

Salary
N100,000 - N130,000 / Month (Accommodation Inclusive).
