Job Title: Customer Service Intern

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Take customer’s complaints and seek proactive ways to resolve their problems, proffering solutions.
Support in resolving customer complaints.
Records the details of Customers.
Maintain a positive attitude amidst customers provocation.
Assisting in resolving customer complaints/disputes.
Providing information to customers.
Monitoring sales performance.
Closing sales deals.
Keeping a record of calls and relevant details.

Requirements

HND / B.Sc in related field from a recognized institution.
0 - 1 year Experience.
23-30 years
Preferably females for gender balance
Must reside around Ikeja, Ogba, Agege, Iyana Ipaja, Abule egba, Oshodi, Egbeda, Shomolu, Bariga.

Salary
