Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Location: Ajah, Lagos

Job Description

• Answer Customer Questions.
• Assist the Sales Team in boosting sales and performance.
• Perform all other assignments as maybe required by management.
• Escalate Customer Issues to the appropriate support teams.
• Provide General Customer Support.
• Update Customer Records.

Requirements

• A minimum of second class upper in any related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A minimum of 0 to 1 year experience as a Customer Service Officer.
• Have sales knowledge and be matured.
• Conflict management.
• Record management.

Salary
N60,000 - N100,000 / Month.
