We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Officer II

Location: Isolo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Acts as a first point of call to customers/visitors
Ensures the reception area is tidy
Approve every job order prepared by Mary.
Update the customer database ledger.
Send total value of goods produced to customers upon completion.
Follow up on customers to ascertain receipt of goods, customer satisfaction and/or complaints, if any, and escalate same to appropriate personnel.
Liase with Accountant on customers that are indebted to the company, and call up the customers
Receives telephone calls and re-routes to appropriate department
Acts as liason between departments for customer related issues
Issues invoice/requisition to customers.
Prepare proforma invoice
Post invoices into the quick book system.
Any other duty assigned.

Requirements

Candidates should possess an OND qualification with a minimum of 2 years work experiece.
