We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
• Schedule in-house and external events
• Manage office supplies stock and place orders
• Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
• Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
• Book meeting rooms as required
• Other duties will be assigned on day-to-day bases.

Job Requirements

• Must posses a minimum of OND in Admin or Business Adminsitration and other related course
• Must have good communication skills
• Minimum of 1 year experience
• Must reside aroundBerger/ Alahusa/ Ketu/ Ogba / Mary land and Ojota axis
