Job Title: Customer Service Officer

Location: Ogba, Ikeja - Lagos

About the Role

  • We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Customer Service Officer to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client interactions, handling enquiries, resolving issues, maintaining proper documentation, and ensuring clients have an excellent experience with our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend to walk-in and online client enquiries promptly and professionally
  • Provide accurate information about our estates, products, and services
  • Manage calls, emails, WhatsApp chats, and other enquiries
  • Support the sales and marketing departments with client-related tasks
  • Track and record customer feedback for improvement
  • Ensure excellent customer experience at all touchpoints.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and documentation
  • Follow up with leads and ensure smooth communication flow to the sales team
  • Handle client complaints and escalate unresolved issues

Requirements

  • HND / BSc in any related field
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Social media savvy
  • Experience in customer service (real estate experience is an added advantage).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
