We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative 

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Attending to customer queries through calls and email
• Attending to customer complaint through calls and email
• Attending to customer queries on Reward App an escalating where necessary.
• Provide needed assitance to the customer service executives at various stores.
• Provide marketing support when required.
• Prepare report base on calls and email.
• Prepare weekely and monthly report on calls and email.
• Provide assistance base on partnership and vendor request.
• Customers feedback regards products and services.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Inputting customer enrolment issue on the appropriate sheet for resolution where needs is require.
