Dews and Petals Limited is the biggest Pest Control Company in Nigeria. We are in the business of protecting food, health and property from the threat of pests. We also provide Cleaning and Moving/Logistics services.

Established 2017, Dews and Petals serves 7000+ clients in Abuja, Lagos, Kano and Rivers. Businesses from several industries, public sector organisations and people at home rely on Dews and Petals to protect them against health risks, food contamination and structural damages in buildings caused by pests.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Gwarinpa, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Maintaining positive and professional attitude towards clients at all times.
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
• Responding promptly to queries.
• Communicating with clients through various channels.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
• Resolving complaints.
• Process forms, orders, requests and applications.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of customer service process.

Minimum Qualification Requirement

• A B.Sc Degree from a Reputable/Accredited Institution.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience.
• Effective problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be organized and able to follow a schedule.
• Competent technical knowledge
• Ability to multitask
• Attention to detail
• Ability to honor deadlines
• Proactive approach to support
• Efficient with the use of CRM Software

Remuneration
N60,000 - N80,000 Salary Monthly.
