Job Description

• We are looking for ambitious, hardworking and skilled personnel to provide our customers with satisfied services, reduce complaints, answer questions, give customers information about products and services.

Responsibilities

• Provided fast and friendly customer support overthe counter
• Listening to customers needs or issues and providing helpful solutions to their problems
• Escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers
• Escalating customer dissatisfaction and complaints in other to resolve any issue.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Provide outstanding customer service to guests.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Communicating with customers through various channels.
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
• Processing orders

Qualifications

• Minimum OND in any field of study.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role obtained in a well-structured organization.

• Strong communication, both written and verbal
• Great active listening skills
• Adaptability and flexibility
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional interpersonal and rapport buildingskills
• A patient and empathetic attitude
