Job Description

• We're seeking a friendly, attentive, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team! Our restaurant offers a dynamic and supportive work environment, serving high-quality cuisine to our valued customers.
• As a Customer Service Representative, you'll provide exceptional service, address customer concerns, and ensure a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Resolve customer complaints and feedback.
• Collaborate with staff to ensure seamless service.
• Answer questions about menus, promotions, and events.
• Handle loyalty program and customer retention initiatives.
• Process reservations, takeout orders, and delivery requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and maintain patience.

Salary
N80,000 monthly.
