Job Overview

• The Customer Service Representative is responsible for communicating with customers via phone, email or online chat, providing information and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls, respond to emails, and handle customer inquiries and complaints.
• Quickly identify and resolve customer issues, provide accurate information and support.
• Maintain customer records, update customer information, and record interactions.
• Introduce the company's products and services to customers and answer product-related questions.
• Work with internal teams to follow up on customer feedback to ensure customer needs are met.

Job Requirements

• Preferred background in related fields.
• Preferred to those with customer service or related work experience.
• This position aims to provide customers with an excellent service experience and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using computers and office software.

Salary
N150,000 - N400,000 / month.
