ARO Management - Our client, Saint Rufina, a premium store specializing in perfumes, essential perfume oils, flowers, and unique gift items.

They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Experienced Customer Service Representative

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday
Time: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Job Summary

• They need a friendly, professional, and well-spoken individual (female or male with a feminine energy) who can engage customers, handle sales, and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers and provide top-notch service.
• Handle product inquiries, assist customers in selecting items, and process transactions.
• Build relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Assist in packaging and arranging gift items.
• Keep records of sales and update inventory as required.
• Maintain a clean, well-organized store and restocked items when needed.
• Manage customer orders via WhatsApp, phone, and in-store purchases.

Requirements

• NYSC Completed (Must have finished service).
• Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience.
• Must be proactive and able to work independently.
• Skills in content creation and sales are a plus.
• Resides in or close to Ikoyi, Obalende, or Lekki for easy commuting.
• Excellent communication skills (English fluency required).
• Outgoing, patient, and professional personality.

Salary
N50,000 - N200,000 Monthly (Based on skills & experience).
