Job Description

• We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
• The candidate must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Providing accurate and timely information to customers
• Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
• Maintaining a positive and professional attitude when dealing with customers
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc Degree in any field
• Previous customer service experience is an added advantage
• Applicant must be ready to resume immediately upon successful completion of the interview process.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
