Customer Service Representative recruitment in Abuja at Rossland Group

Rossland Group since the year 2000 provides market research and management consulting services to clients in the private and public sectors within and outside Nigeria. In 2013, it expanded the scope of its services to include Professional Background Screening and Business Brokerage. In 2015 and 2016, it added franchise consulting and recruitment services respectively.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
   
Job Title: Customer Service Representative Location: Garki, Abuja
Job Description
  • Customer Interface
  • Taking Inventory of Customer''s Car when brought for Repairs, Maintenance or Inspection
  • Taking Stock of the Functional State of the Customers Car
  • Taking Stock of Work tools ( Giving ou and Lodging in of work tools
Requirements
  • OND and SSCE minimum.
Skill Set:
  • Must be very Smart and Hardworking
  • Great communication and Customer Relationship skill.
  • Candidates should lives around Garki, Area 1, Gudu, Apo and any other location that is close to Garki.
  • Willingness to work and carry out any task assigned to you
  • Must be very apt in paying attention to detail
Salary N30,000 / month.
