We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Lagos

Job Descriptions

• Investigating and solving customers' problems which may be complex or long-standing problems
• Providing help and advice to customers
• Helping to develop and implement a customer service policy for an entire organization
• Finding ways to measure satisfaction and improve services
• Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email,letter and face to face
• Developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use
• Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers

Requirements

• A Degree/HND in English, Literary Studies, Mass communication, Journalism or any other related course of study
• A minimum of second class lower degree/equivalent
• Must be resident in Lagos
• A minimum of 2 years working experience
• Must be computer literate
