We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Locations: Ojo or Agege - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Role / Responsibilities

• Process customer requests, parcel registration/collections and keep updated customer records
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information to customers
• Resolve customer complaints via phone calls and emails
• Escalate all exceptions for resolution
• Manage and track inbound and outbound items on a daily basis.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / OND
• 0-2 years relevant experience
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Applicants should reside around Alaba International Market or Agege
