We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor

Location: Orile Coker, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Supervise and support customer service representatives across all terminals or offices.
• Ensure all customers' queries, complaints, and feedback are handled promptly and effectively.
• Monitor customer interactions and provide coaching and training to improve performance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on customer service metrics (response time, satisfaction, etc.).
• Resolve escalated issues and follow up to ensure complete resolution.
• Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with other department (operations, ticketing, logistics) to enhance customer experience
• Maintain and improve customer satisfaction through quality service delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Ability to lead a team, handle pressure, and manage conflict.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Must be customer-focused and results-driven.
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in a customer service supervisory role (transportation industry preferred).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
