Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to provide insights that drive strategic decision-making.
• You will work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and help them leverage data to improve processes and outcomes.
• The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools, and a passion for turning data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
Data Collection & Management:

• Collect and clean large data sets from various sources to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Manage and maintain databases, ensuring that data is stored securely and is easily accessible.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
• Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for process improvements through data analysis and provide actionable recommendations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization.

Data Analysis & Interpretation:

• Analyze data trends and patterns using statistical methods and data analysis tools.
• Interpret complex data sets and generate meaningful insights to support business strategies.

Reporting & Visualization:

• Create detailed reports and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
• Use data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to develop dashboards that track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Data Analysis Tools: Strong experience with tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or similar data analysis software.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data, and provide actionable insights.
• Effective Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present data findings to a diverse audience.
• Statistical Knowledge: Solid understanding of statistical methods and data modeling techniques.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data analysis and reporting.

Salary
N100,000 Monthly.
