We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Data Entry Officer

Location: Gwagwalada OSS, Abuja (FCT)

Job Description

• The Data entry officerwill assist in the effective monitoring of program objectives and its implementation including proper documentation and record keeping at the facility and community or field level.

Responsibilities
To support Diadem Consults Initiative Ltd/GTE. achieve the following:

• Support the implementation of all monitoring and evaluation activities for Diadem Consult Nigeria supported one stop shops.
• Support data analysis of collated or reported data to give a picture evidence of gaps in program and services.
• Participates in DQA and other data quality and validation activities
• Performing all other activities as assigned by the M&E officer, Clinician and or State team lead.
• Involved in the day to day entries of data from source documents to the Electronic Medical record Platform.
• Ensures accurate upload of required data on the EMR, NDR, and any other electronic platform used on the program.
• Support on-going documentation systems that demonstrate progress towards quality strategic information management for improved ART delivery.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees or HND with 1 - 2+ years relevant work experience.
