Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our database systems and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the information.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions is essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update data into various systems and databases with high accuracy.
• Verify and review data for errors, omissions, or inconsistencies.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Generate reports and perform data quality checks.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Prepare and sort documents for data entry.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros) to manage and analyze data.

Qualifications

• OND, HND, High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification will be an asset.
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel functions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Proven experience as a data entry operator or similar position.
• Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy.

Salary
N120,000 monthly.
