Formerly KiaKiaFX, Kiakia Finance is a finance technology platform that allows you to efficiently buy and sell foreign exchange from the comfort of your home or office via a computer, smartphone or tablet.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Data Scientist

Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy predictive models to support business goals
• Analyze customer behavior and derive actionable insights
• Develop automated reporting and data visualization systems
• Communicate findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Ensure data quality and accuracy in reporting
• Implement feature engineering techniques for model improvement
• Optimize data storage and retrieval for data analysis
• Work with data engineers to deploy models in production
• Collaborate with product teams to inform feature development
• Develop algorithms to solve complex business challenges
• Conduct A/B testing and data experimentation
• Create and document data processing pipelines

Requirements

• Master's in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
• Experience with machine learning
• Knowledge of financial services is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in data science
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
