We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Debt Collections Agent / Loan Recovery Officer

Location: Lagos

Educational Qualification and Experience

• University degree in any related field.
• Minimum of 1-3 years relevant work experience.

Job Requirements:

• Contacting & Interacting with Debtors via telephone:
• Collecting payment on debts
• Negotiating payoff deadlines and payment plans.
• Work closely with Team leads, supervisors and call centre manger to ensure synergy and all-time customer satisfaction while ensuring debts are being recovered and paid up.
• Adherence to call script and call centre policies.
• Compile Reports
• Very Proficient with Ms Excel
• Understanding reasons for late payment.
• Ensuring the resolution of delinquent accounts
• Tracking outstanding debts
• Plan course of action to recover owed money.

Remuneration
Based on Commission.
