We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Debt Collections Agent
Location: Oshodi, Lagos
Job Type: Contract

Job Description

• Contacting & Interacting with Debtors via telephone:
• Collecting payment on debts.
• Tracking outstanding debts.
• Plan course of action to recover owed money.
• Negotiating payoff deadlines and payment plans.
• Understanding the reasons for late payment.
• Ensuring the resolution of delinquent accounts.

Job Requirements
Education Qualification:

• Minimum of ND in Mass Communications or any related field.

Professional Qualification:

• Relevant Contact centre operations certification.

Experience:

• Minimum of 1-2 years relevant work experience at a Contact Centre
• Working knowledge of appropriate CRM software and understanding of the Contact center industry.
