Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive

Location: Lagos
Job type: Full-time

Role Purpose

• The Digital Marketing Executive shall be responsible for creating and implementing the company's online presence through digital marketing strategies like social media, SEO, email campaigns, and content marketing.
• The Digital Marketing Executive shall analyze data to inform strategy, manage campaigns, and work to increase brand visibility, engagement, and conversions like leads and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy development: Formulating and executing digital marketing plans to meet business objectives
• Search engine optimization (SEO): Conducting keyword research and optimizing content to improve search engine rankings.
• Social media management: Managing and growing the company's presence on social media platforms.
• Collaboration: Working with other departments, such as sales and operations, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
• Campaign management: Planning and running campaigns across various digital channels such as social media, email, and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
• Content creation: Writing and designing engaging content for social media posts, emails, blogs, and the company website
• Data analysis: Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on the performance of digital marketing activities using tools like Google Analytics to inform future strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Business, Marketing, Economics and other related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience of sales or marketing within the media industry
• Computer proficiency.
• Required age 25 to 37 years of age.

Required skills:

• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Creative and analytical thinking.
