Digital Marketing Manager (Remote) at LemFi (Formerly Lemonade Finance)

LemFi (YC S21) is building the neobank for African diaspora in North America & Europe. We provide our users with a multi-currency account that allows them to hold, send, and receive money from Africa in any currency for their business and personal banking needs. We are a fast-paced startup with entities in the UK, USA, Canada and Nigeria and you would be required to familiarize yourself with necessary statutory and regulatory requirements in these locations.

Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary

• The role of the Digital Marketing Manager position, is a remote position within LemFi’s Marketing team.
• This role will build LemFi’s Nigerian influencer ecosystem and provide ongoing support to creators, including through training webinars and community building initiatives.
• The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and a commitment to helping us grow our marketing reach and customer base.

Responsibilities Are As Follows

• Partner with Nigerian influencers who reach audiences in the UK, USA and EU.
• Organize on-the-ground campaigns and assist with LemFi Creators Summit in Lagos.
• Work with marketing and CRM teams on campaigns and user engagement.
• Host regular educational webinars for creators on topics such as content strategy, diaspora growth tactics, and using LemFi to monetize.

Requirements

• 4 years experience in influencer relations or digital engagement.
• Strong ties with Nigeria’s creator community.
• Experience in planning local marketing activations and influencer programs.
• Confident public speaker and webinar facilitator.
