We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Distribution Supervisor

Location: Kano (On-site)
Job type: Full-time

About the Job

• Coordinate product ordering phase from sales/marketing team to confirmation of customers credit status
• Collate all confirmed orders for the day and forward to storekeeper
• Collate all documents relating to freight charges and ensuring timely and prompt payment of freights to transporters
• Ensure timely offloading of transfer and delivery trucks to the factory and proper arrangements of finished goods into warehouse
• Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of warehouse stock on ERP inbound and outbound on daily basis
• Ensure reorder level of products are strictly adhered to. Zero tolerance for stock out or over stocking
• Prepare work orders for factory floor for all sales order not available in the finished goods store
• Confirm alignment of orders to truck capacity and prepare loading schedule for products delivery
• Ensure timely loading and offloading of delivery trucks and prompt delivery of products to customers ensuring compliance with road traffic officials
• Ensure proper arrangement of warehouse and dispatch areas and issuing out of products based on FIFO

Requirements

• First Degree in Supply Chain Management or any related field
• Minimum of 4 years relevant post graduate experience
• Previous experience in warehouse business such as sales, requisitions, packaging, shipping, transportation and other related fields
