Job Summary

• We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Diversity Recruiter to join our HR team at Mammoth . 
• As a Diversity Recruiter, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing diversity recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent from underrepresented groups.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement diversity recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent from underrepresented groups
• Collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders to ensure diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process
• Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Develop and manage diversity recruitment metrics and reports
• Build relationships with diverse professional organizations, universities, and community groups to source top talent

Skills

• 1+ years of experience in recruitment, diversity and inclusion, or related field
• Strong understanding of diversity and inclusion principles and practices.
• Ability to analyze data and develop metrics and reports.
• Excellent recruitment and interpersonal skills

Salary
N320,000 - N450,000 Monthly.
