Job Description

• He/She is responsible for the timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents. They control the numbering, sorting, filing, storing and retrieval of both electronic and hard copy documents produced by technical teams, projects or departments.
• He/She must be computer and internet savvy, have Microsoft Office related skills and overall project management.
• He/She must be organized, efficient, have speed and a fast-thinker.
• This position ensures that documents are created in the approved company format and contain the appropriate signatures as required by company policies.
• The officer would daily scan and upload paper documents and organize them on a secure server.
