We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: Female Client Engagement Officer Location: Lagos Job Description/Responsibilities

• Maintain good relationship with existing clients
• Effectively handle and resolve clients concerns and support issues
• Create content and manage the social media of the company and its allied businesses
• Prospect new partners and expand our number of accounts.
• Cold call and email prospects for possible engagement
• Perform other job functions as assigned

Requirements The Person we are looking for:

• Must be able to multi-task under tight deadlines.
• Be self-motivated and have penchant for excellence
• Be a graduate of English Language, History & International Relations, International Marketing or any other related fields.
• Qualified and interested applicants must reside around Ikeja, Ogba, Ketu, Ojodu, Berger, Magodo GRA environs.
• Have at least 2 years of productive experience in sales and customer service.
• Must be team player and a problem-solver.
• Have strong executive communication skills
