Project Cycle Limited - Our client, a Furniture and Interior Decoration Company in Abuja, is currently recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Driver
Location: Apo, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Map out driving routes ahead of time to determine the most expedient trip
• Pick up clients from the place and at the time they’ve requested
• Arrive destination on schedule
• Assist clients with loading and unloading their luggage
• Listen to traffic and weather reports to stay up-to-date on road conditions
• Ensure that the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use
• Keep mileage records and repair records up-to-date
• Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed
• Ensure the car is comfortable and clean both interior and exterior at all time
• Schedule regular car service appointments and report any issues
• Transport clients and/or packages to and from destinations

Requirements

• A High School Diploma with a minimum of 5 years work experience.
• Proven experience as a Driver
• A valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift heavy packages and luggage
• Availability to occasionally take weekend and night shifts
• A polite and professional disposition
• Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g. at rush hour).
• A clean driving record
• Minimum visual acuity of 20/50 (or corrected to 20/50)
• Familiarity with GPS devices
• Knowledge of area roads and neighborhoods

Salary
N30,000 monthly.
