About the Role

• Our client is seeking a strategic and innovative E-Business Manager to drive the bank’s digital transformation agenda.
• The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, development, and management of all e-business platforms, ensuring seamless digital service delivery and enhanced customer experience across channels. 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the bank’s e-business strategy in alignment with overall corporate objectives.
• Manage and optimize all electronic banking channels including mobile banking, internet banking, ATMs, POS, USSD, and card services.
• Identify and implement new digital products, services, and partnerships to enhance customer engagement and revenue.
• Lead and motivate the e-business team to deliver superior customer experiences and meet performance targets.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and technology developments to recommend strategic improvements.
• Collaborate with IT, Operations, and Business Units to ensure effective integration and service delivery.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, data security, and operational efficiency across all e-business platforms.
• Drive digital adoption and innovation to strengthen the bank’s competitive advantage in the marketplace.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage).
• Proven ability to develop and implement digital strategies that drive revenue and efficiency.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for innovation and emerging technologies.
• Minimum of 7–10 years relevant experience in e-business, digital banking, or financial technology roles.
• Strong understanding of electronic banking operations, payment systems, and digital platforms.

Salary
N1,000,000 - N2,000,000 Monthly.
