Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for an E-Commerce Operations Manager at BrandCo Nigeria Limited.
• The E-Commerce Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day e-commerce operations, managing online inventory, optimizing product listings, coordinating with logistics partners, and ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA).
• 5-7 years of experience in eCommerce, retail operations, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with proven experience of making data-driven decisions to optimize eCommerce operations.
• Strong project management skills to oversee multiple aspects of eCommerce operations simultaneously.
• Understanding of website management, digital marketing, and online sales strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven track record in managing teams, projects, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in managing end-to-end eCommerce operations, including order fulfillment, inventory management, logistics, and customer service.
• Proficiency in relevant e-commerce platforms such as Shopify platform, ERP systems, and other analytics tools.
