Job Position: Technical Coordinator
Location: Lagos
Qualification

• PMP/Prince 2 certification
• BSc Computer Science (MBA/MSC is added advantage)
• IT certifications (MCSC, CCNA, CCMP etc.)

Responsibility

• You will be required to coordinate all operations activity including integration of systems and roll out,
• enhance helpdesk,
• ensure customer service quality,
• leverage existing field support to provide direct and remote support,
• monitor and enforce problem resolution

Remuneration
Remuneration is huge, excellent perks. You will report directly to the CEO and manage three departments.
